1. Since the xiao procedure is a relatively complex surgery, patients must come to the hospital for treatment appointments;

2. We recommend that any patient undergo our free evaluation before scheduling the xiao procedure;

3. All appointments must be made 10 days in advance, and we do not accept last-minute appointments within one month unless there are special reasons;

4. Each patient’s xiao procedure will be carefully evaluated by Professor Xiao, and we do not offer the option to choose the operating doctor;

5. We have a dedicated team to provide full-service support for patients in Shenzhen, and while the cost of hotel accommodation and translation services is the responsibility of the patient, other services are provided by the hospital.

6. When patients travel to China for treatment, we adhere to the Chinese medical management system, which may differ from the system in the patient’s home country. Patients should understand and agree to such differences before making an appointment.
